John Albion McGlothern, 85, of Eugene and formerly of Sweet Home died on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009, at his home.
He was born in Seattle, Wash., to John F. and Ida (Erskine) McGlothern.
Mr. McGlothern came to Sweet Home in the late 1920s.
He served in the Navy in World War II.
He returned to Sweet Home where he owned and operated a lumber mill.
