Genevieve Ethel (Shilts) Partridge, 77, of Albany died July 17, 2009. She was born June 20, 1932 in Silverton to Henry and Sylvia (Heinz) Shilts.
She grew up in Scotts Mills, attending grade school and Molalla High School there. At the age of 16, on June 27, 1948, she married Milton Partridge in Scotts Mills. They lived in many places including Scotts Mills, Sweet Home, Salem, Idaho and Hermiston while Milton was in the military,…
