The Huskies’ summer baseball team split a pair of games during a tournament at Newport to tie for third place over the weekend.
The game for third place on Sunday against Philomath was rained out after a couple of innings and remained unfinished.
Springfield defeated the Huskies 6-5 on Saturday to end the summer season.
