The Sportsman’s Holiday, to be held July 10-12, will sport a new name this year: Frontier Sportsman’s Holiday.
At the Chamber of Commerce’s April board meeting, the board approved a proposal to change the name, which was prompted by “a desire to return the current event to the spirit of an earlier event held during the same weekend, formerly called Frontier Days,” said Andrea Culy, administrative assistant for the chamber.
