Richard “Bugs” Eugene Lemmer, 70, of Sweet Home died June 22, 2009.
He was born May 9, 1939 in Burlington, Wash. to Eugene Mathew and Therese Marie (Hawkins) Lemmer.
He was in the United States Marine Corps from January 1962 until his honorable discharge in January of 1965. He attended the University of Portland for a time.
