A Linn County grand jury has indicted a Sweet Home woman on nine counts on allegations she assaulted and burned her boyfriend’s 2 1/2-year-old child.
The grand jury indicted Krystal Humphries, 23, on two counts of first-degree assault and four counts of first-degree criminal mis-treatment, all Measure 11 offenses with mandatory sentencing, as well as three counts of third-degree assault.
