Amber Jo Hummer and Tomas Rosa are planning an Aug. 23 wedding.
Hummer is the daughter of Rick and Dar Hummer of 791 Long St.
She is a student at the Academy of Cosmetology Careers and a 2005 graduate of Sweet Home High School. She works at Sunshine Espresso.
