The Oregon Jamboree announced last week the addition of multi-Grammy-winning star Trisha Yearwood to its Saturday bill.
Yearwood will replace Jeff Foxworth who was scheduled to appear on Aug. 4 but canceled his contract, citing conflicts with his new TV show.
Yearwood is known as the woman who owns “the most majestic voice in Music City,” Event Manager Peter LaPonte said. She has issued 11 records and scored 20 Top-10 hits.
