Local police officers went shopping Saturday, Dec. 9, with underprivileged children during the annual Shop With a Cop program held at Wal-Mart in Lebanon. The program allows underprivileged children, ages 4 to 10, to shop with a police officer at Wal-Mart. Each child is given a gift certificate that they can use to shop for presents for themselves and others. They also received gift certificates for food, bicycle helmets and other items.
