Twila Jean Skelley, daughter of Steve and Dawn Lincoln of Sweet Home, and David Neal Karo, son of Neal and Susan Karo of Brownsville, are engaged to marry on July 22 at a private residence outside Brownsville.
Skelley is 1999 graduate of Sweet Home High School. She graduated in 2005 from Oregon State University with a bachelor of science in speech communications and tele-media.
