The ladies of the Sew and Sews gathered at Fir Lawn Lutheran Church last Thursday, as they have for years, and made five more quilts.
They stopped for a coffee break around 11, but for most of the time, from 9 a.m. to noon, they stood over the quilting table, tying yarn and sewing quilts together.
