Ernie Z. Allen, 46, of Sweet Home, was arrested Monday, Aug. 22, in connection with the Aug. 8 automobile crash that left John “Nick” Larsen, 17, of Sweet Home dead.
Oregon State Police said Allen has been arrested on countes of first- and second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was arrested and booked into Linn County Jail Monday afternoon after being released from Lebanon Community Hospital, police said.
