Sweet Home Police arrested an 18-year-old man for setting the Cedar Shack Drive-In restaurant on fire on Oct. 20.
Police arrested Steven Jayne at 53 East Sherman St. in Lebanon at 10:21 a.m. The residence is above Teri’s Tavern. Jayne is charged with first-degree arson, second-degree burglary and theft by receiving.
