Accused killer Larry Benjamin Williams pleaded not guilty Friday afternoon at Linn County Courthouse.
His attorneys filed a ?notice to offer the defense of extreme emotional disturbance earlier in the day, and the prosecution was given one month to review the respond with a pre-trial hearing sometime after the Aug. 16 deadline.
