Ken Weld sprays water on a fire at the abandoned Willamette mill site off 24th Avenue to the north.Three suspects were arrested and charged with arson II and burglary II. They are Todd Tackitt, 19; Heidi Scofield, 17; and Brian Gilbert, 18. The mill site is owned by Western Lands Reliance Trust, a company operated by Dan Desler, Troy Cummings and Development by Design as a nonprofit portion of a proposed resort development.
