Charges against two men, Brian James Camden, 19, and David Waters, 18, allegedly involved in a rape conspiracy have been dismissed.
Sweet Home Police Department arrested Camden on June 29 for second-degree kidnapping, criminal conspiracy to commit first-degree rape and first-degree rape.
