Almonzo Kurtz escaped injury when his pickup was flipped over in a hit-and-run traffic accident Monday afternoon about 2 p.m.
Kurtz was headed west on Highway 228 when his vehicle was struck when a man driving a stolen car apparently ran the stop sign at Fern Ridge Road and Highway 228 near Holley.
The car was reportedly stolen out of Albany.
