The Sweet Home City Council approved several speed limits reductions at its regular meeting on Feb. 25.
The new speed limits include the following:
–Eighteenth Avenue between Grape Street and Main Street, 25 mph from 30 mph.
–Forty-fourth Avenue between Airport Road and Main Street, 25 mph from 35 mph.
–Ames Creek Road between the city limits and Mountain View Road, 35 mph from 40 mph.
