The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce is offering its second Cascade Gateway Leadership program for east Linn County communities starting Sept. 12.
The 4-year-old program was expanded last year to include Sweet Home and Brownsville to recognize the interdependence of the three communities’ economies and pour a foundation for future cooperation.
