Linn-Benton Community College’s Board of Education elected new officers for the 2002-2003 year at its annual organizational meeting held July 17, at LBCC.
Janice Horner, representative for south and east Linn County (zone 1), replaces Richard Wendland a Philomath resident and Rural Benton County (zone 5) representative as the Board’s new chair.
Horner has been on the LBCC Board since 1998. Joseph Novak was elected vice chair.
