A jury said that Sweet Home School District 55 breached a contract with former teacher Judy Maniates and awarded her $62,500 in damages Friday afternoon.
Several other claims, including retaliation and discrimination, were denied by the jury. Lebanon School District also faced claims of retaliation and discrimination. Those claims were denied as well.
