Two new Sweet Home police officers graduated March 22 from the police academy and began working with a field training officer.
One of the new officers, John Trahan, 34, is the brother of officer Tim Trahan. The other, Malcolm McAlpine, 23, comes to Sweet Home from Los Angeles by way of Eugene.
