Former Sweet Home paramedic Jim DeMarsh was sentenced to 10 days in jail on April 16 on five convictions related to the use of drugs from Sweet Home ambulances.
In a plea agreement, DeMarsh pleaded guilty to first-degree official misconduct; possession of a controlled substance, morphine; acquiring a controlled substance by fraud; and two counts of recklessly endangering another.
