Disposition for Graven delayed for March hearing

Linn County Circuit Judge Carol Bispham agreed Monday to hold a hearing to hear from a psychologist prior to disposition in the case of Levi Graven, 16, who was involved in killing a neighbor’s dog in December.

A psychological evaluation recommended that Graven be committed to the Oregon Youth Authority.

Nancy Brady, Graven’s attorney, said she wanted the opportunity to bring a different psychologist to testify before the court.
