The David and Darlene Coats family turned their yard and home on North River Road into a winter wonderland and won the Grand Champion prize in the annual holiday lighting contest sponsored by the Santiam Board of Realtors. Bright colored lights and animated figures transformed the lawn into a storybook feature.
