Sweet Home High School English teacher Dave Martin resigned from his position this week.
Martin had been suspended with pay since April 2. His resignation was effective Wednesday.
The District 55 School Board had met previously and offered Martin a resignation settlement agreement. Martin did not sign the agreement opting instead to tender his resignation with no conditions.
Following an executive session, closed to the public, the school board accepted the resignation Wednesday night 8-0.…
