She was born Oct. 3, 1934 in Chickasha, Okla. to Clarence B. and Linnie Jewel (Cluck) Houx.
She married Albert William Rivers on Dec. 24, 1951. They had four children.
Mrs. Rivers was a Jehovah’s Witness since the late 1950s and attended the Sweet Home congregation.
She worked in retail and then later as a foster grandparent…
