Martin Phillip Smith, or “Mike” as most knew him, died Saturday, May 28, 2016.
His Memorial Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Crawfordsville Community Church.
Memorial contributions may be given in his name to Crawfordsville Community Church General Fund.
