Thomas Ray Castleberry II, 49, of Sweet Home died Jan. 7, 2016.
He was born Oct. 11, 1966 in Lawton, Okla. to Thomas Ray Sr. and Shirley Mae (Smith) Castleberry.
Mr. Castleberry enjoyed putting together models and watching any show with space. He loved his family. He worked in human resources.
He is survived by his wife Marga (Simas) Castleberry; sons Thomas Castleberry III, David Cline, Nicholas Castleberry, Morgan Squires, Jeramy Cox, Yuwei Bai, Trevor McClellan and Mike Lopez; daughters Cecelia Simas, Margaret Simas, Brittany Castleberry, Ceralinn Castleberry, Kirsty Castleberry, Elizabeth Castleberry, Kaitlin Bai, Cassy Boland, Liza Thompson and Rebecca Castleberry; mother Shirley Smith; step-mother Sandy Castleberry; brothers Brian Castleberry, Jeffrey Castleberry, Michael Castleberry, Dennis Turner, David Doffing, Brian Doffing, John Ashcroft, Jeff Davis, and Rich Fowler; sisters Shauna Fuller, Sharron Cornutt, Roseanne Castleberry, Patty Castleberry and Cheri Barber; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Castleberry was preceded in death by his father, Thomas R. Castleberry Sr.; daughter Judith Simas; sister Wendy M. Ansbro; and grandson Carlos Castleberry.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, at St. Helen’s Catholic Church.
