Charlotte Ann (Fraba) Parent Newman, 72, of Sweet Home died May 24, 2014. She was born Feb. 2, 1942 in Lebanon to Fredrick Clemont and Lucille Lillian (Egner) Fraba.
She grew up and attended high school in Lebanon and continued her education at Linn-Benton Community College.
Mrs. Newman was an artist. She drew amazing pencil and ink drawings.
She is survived by her sister, Lauretta and brother-in-law Dan Webb; one niece and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother; one brother, George Fraba; her first husband, Daryl Parent; and second husband Gilbert J. Newman.
