June Winniefred Wolbert-Brown, 78, of Sweet Home, died on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014.
She was born in Grass Valley, Calif., to Frank and Gladys (Ryan) Pendrak.
She grew up in Grass Valley, Calif., and then moved to the San Francisco Bay area to raise her family.
When she retired she moved to Auburn, Calif., before moving to Sweet Home in 2006.
Mrs. Wolbert-Brown was a member of the Sweet Home Evangelical Church and was also a member of the Evangelical women’s group.
She is survived by her life partner, Michael Brown, of Sweet Home; sons, Alan Wolbert of Portola, Calif., and Edward Wolbert of Napa, Calif.; daughter, Gale (Wolbert) Craighead and husband, Andrew, of Tracy, Calif.; brother Gene Pendrak and wife, Cathy, of Salem; sisters, Shirley Carnett and husband, Fred, of Placerville, Calif., Mae Kenyon of Brownsville and Barbara Sargent of Lebanon; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Wolbert-Brown was preceded in death by her spouse, Clifford G. Wolbert Jr. in 2000; son, Clifford M. Wolbert in 2011; brothers Tom Pendrak and Frank Pendrak Jr.; and brother-in-law George “Jack” Kenyon.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, at Sweet Home Evangelical Church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given in her name to SHEM.
