Baby Drako Dawn Lacey died Sept. 20, 2013, the day he was born at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland to Travis Lee and Samantha Michelle (Jackson) Lacey.
He is survived by his parents, Travis and Samantha Lacey; grandparents Bryon Dale and Sherry Linn Lacey, Lori Dawn Jackson, Christopher William Jackson, Kelly Rachelle Hinrich and Robert Scott Anderson; Uncle Jon and numerous aunts and uncles.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
