Arlene B. Moody, 88, of Sweet Home, died May 28, 2013.
She was born March 5, 1925 in Fargo, N.D. to Delbert and Myrtle (Howery) Ball.
She lived in North Dakota and Washington before moving to Sweet Home in 1946.
She joined the Sweet Home Police Department, serving as a dispatcher.
Mrs. Moody enjoyed bowling and spending time in the outdoors fishing and hunting.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Moody of Sweet Home; and cousin John Howery of Sweet Home.
Mrs. Moody was preceded in death by her sister, Elaine “Dude” Clover.
A memorial service was held Saturday, June 1, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
