LuElla Jean Proffitt, 87, of Crawfordsville died Oct. 6, 2012.
She was born Aug. 31, 1925 in Burley, Idaho, to Elijah and Christine (Frost) Mooso.
She lived in Oregon for most of her life. She worked for energy assistance.
Mrs. Proffitt loved artwork, fishing, hunting and going for car rides.
She is survived by her sons, Gene Bennett, Robert Eugene Wing and Marvin Leslie Wing; daughter Linda L. Harris; 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Proffitt was preceded in death by her son, Sammuel William Proffitt.
Memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Sweet Home Funeral Chapel to help defray costs for the family.
