He was born in Portland to Gerald Brickeen and Sally Tracy.
He grew up in Lebanon and lived in Sweet Home the last two years.
Mr. Brickeen was an apprentice in the plumbing trade.
Mr. Brickeen was a member of River of Life Church and First Christian in Lebanon.
