She was born July 28, 1920 in Broadbent, Oregon to Jesse and Fernora May (Robinson) Hayes.
She lived in Broadbent through her school years.
She married Kennith Barkdoll and they raised their family moving to Powers and then later to Redmond. The couple later divorced.
She married James “Jim” Frakes. They traveled and shared a lot of adventures…
