He was born June 18, 1950 in Tyler, Texas to Lloyd Porter and Mary E. (Crawford) Lucky.
Mr. Lucky lived in Eagle River, Alaska before moving to Sweet Home in 1991. He was a construction worker and drove truck for Alaska Divers and Underwater Salvage Inc. He was a member of the Elks and Veterans Club.
