Edna Pearl Richards, 90, of Lebanon, died Monday, Nov. 8, at her home.
She was born Nov. 18, 1919 in Birch Tree, Mo., the oldest of eight children, to Frank and Jennie (Goodman) Ledbetter. She was raised on a farm in the Birch Tree area.
She married William D. Richards on Dec. 9, 1938 in West Plains, Mo. They moved to Idaho in 1943, where Mrs. Richards began…
