He was born Aug. 30, 1952 in Lebanon to Ray Frank and Martha Otillia (Zimmer) Banks.
He lived in Sweet Home most of his life, then lived in Pueblo, Colo. for five years before returning to live in Sweet Home.
Mr. Banks is survived by his brother, Ronald Banks of Lebanon, and sister, Patricia Carson of Nevada.
