Joseph Stephen Brooks, 47, of Dexter died suddenly on Oct. 16, 2010 of an undiagnosed serious heart condition.
He was born April 7, 1963 in Oakland, Calif., to Bernie and Colleen Brooks, and had four siblings, Tim, Ann, Patty, and Kathleen.
