Scott Jeffrey Williams, 51, of Albany died Oct. 8, 2008. He was born on July 22, 1957 in Flint, Mich., to Kenneth L. and Virginia Louise (Nicholas) Williams.
He moved to Oregon from Grand Blanc, Mich. about six years ago. He enjoyed music and played guitar in a band with his brother. He loved playing and watching football.
