Lillian Rose (Strubhar) Miller, 90, of Lebanon died July 6, 2008 at the Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg.
She was born Sept. 20, 1917 in Portland, the daughter of Herbert and Minnie (Fletcher) Kliewer. She moved to Sweet Home in 1941 where her four children were born and raised. She moved to Lebanon in 2005.
