C. Frank Rice, 78, of Sweet Home, died April 3, 2007 after a lengthy struggle with kidney disease.
He was born Aug. 12, 1928 in Georgetown, Ill., the son of Frank and Ino (Ramsey) Rice. He served in the US Army, 40th Infantry Division, during the Korean Conflict from 1950-1952.
Mr. Rice retired from AT&T in 1987 after 34 years. At that time his family relocated from Illinois…
