William “Bill” Duane Partch, 82, of Sweet Home died March 31, 2007 at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 23, 1924 to Elmer and Cecile Partch in Castle Rock, Wash.
Mr. Partch moved to Sweet Home as a young boy and attended Sweet Home area schools. He served for 3 1/2 years in the Army during World War II. He was a logger in the…
