Naomi Elaine Kragness, 85, of Sweet Home died March 8, 2015.
She was born Dec. 26, 1929 in Lac Qui Parle County, Minn. to Arthur and Leila (Howe) Muenchow.
She married Bradley Kragness on March 18, 1950. They moved to Oregon in the early 1950s. Mrs. Kragness worked at Sprouse-Reitz and at the Sweet Home School district until she retired.
She loved to play pinochle and Texas Hold ’Em. She was a longtime member of the Sweet Home Elkettes.
Mrs. Kragness is survived by five children, Diane, Jim, Dave, Jeff and Tim; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Kragness, in 1981.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, at the Sweet Home Elks Lodge, followed by a pot luck.
