Robert Linn Heth, 100, of Sweet Home died Sept. 22, 2014 at his home.
He was born Aug. 11, 1914 in Oregon City to Grant and Eva (Hughs) Heth.
He was raised in Molalla and graduated from high school there.
Mr. Heth spent most of his working years in the timber industry, bucking and falling.
He was an avid fisherman and was happiest when fishing or eating homemade ice cream.
Mr. Heth is survived by his wife Leotha; son Randy and daughter-in-law Thelma; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Grant and Eva; and brother Samuel.
No services are planned. He will be cremated and the ashes scattered in his favorite spot.
