Martha Ann Turnbull, 79, of Sweet Homedied July 9, 2014.
She was born Jan. 25, 1935 in Stillwater, Okla. to John Walter and Ruth Ann (Blassingame) Gosnell.
She grew up in Oklahoma, Arizona, Kansas and California before settling in Sweet Home with her husband David Turnbull in 1957.
Mrs. Turnbull loved collecting antiques and cultivating zinnias in her garden. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano.
She is survived by her son David Turnbull and daughter-in-law Tracy Long of Brooklyn, N.Y.; daughter Lisa and son-in-law Ryan Lehto of Brownsville; and two grandsons.
Mrs. Turnbull was preceded in death by her husband David G. Turnbull; and her parents Walt and Ruth Gosnell.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Tuesday July 15, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
