June Nellie Edney, 79, of Sweet Home died Sept. 26, 2013.
She was born June 27, 1934 in Lebanon to Charles and Nellie (Kinion) Reed. She lived in Sweet Home her entire life.
Mrs. Edney was a member of the Sweet Home Nazarene Church of Christ. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and gardening. She loved being with family and friends.
She is survived by her sisters, Bonnie Reves of Sweet Home and Connie Drummond of Lebanon; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Eugene Edney; and sons Charles Weldon Edney and Bruce Lawrence Edney.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at Sweet Home Nazarene Church.
