Robert Vernon Jones, 59, of Sweet Home died Aug. 10, 2013.
He was born Sept. 16, 1953 in Roseburg, Oregon to Patricia Jean Jones.
He moved to Sweet Home as a child and remained his whole life. He enjoyed hunting, four-wheeling, fishing, target shooting, going for rides in the hills and spending time with his family.
Rob is survived by his wife of 33 years Bobbie; son Chris and wife Lisa Jones of Wellington, Colorado; daughters, Angie Jones of Portland, Oregon, Kari Mengore, Trish and husband Jeremy Totman both of Sweet Home; mother Patricia of Sweet Home; sister Debbie and husband Steve Brock; brother Ron Jones; nephews Josh Jones, Jeff Sullivan and Craig Snyder; niece Stefani Brock; grandchildren Jordan Jones, Kaden Totman, Ali Totman, Dakota Miranda and Tyler Mengore.
Family will be having a private memorial at a later date.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
