Arlene Joyce Webster, 72, of Sweet Home died of cancer on Aug. 22, 2012 in Corvallis.
She was born Jan. 12, 1940 in Albuquerque, N.M., the daughter of Travis and Eunice Deering, one of five children.
She married Dwain C. Webster on April 5, 1958 in Albuquerque. She worked as a store clerk for the International Baking Company of Arroyo Grande, Calif.
She enjoyed gardening, playing Canasta and Pinochle, and was a member of the Teamsters.
She is survived by four children; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine Jean; and a sister, Jean Moore.
Services are planned for Wednesday, Aug. 29, with viewing at 11 a.m., a funeral service at noon, at First Baptist Church in Sweet Home, and a graveside service at 1 p.m.
